Nagoya is the capital of the Aichi prefecture, the third incorporated city in Japan. It is pretty much located in the middle of Japan, approximately 1.5 hour away from Tokyo on the SHINKANSEN bullet train. Due to its location and the public transportation available, it is a great location to travel to other parts of Japan as well. Nagoya has its own culture, sight seeing spots and popular foods which is worth visiting. Start your day early in the local fish market and enjoy breakfast. Visit the museum where the famous Japanese car was born and have traditional noodles for lunch. Travel on the local train to a nearby town full of local shopping streets and eat at a nice Italian restaurant to finish off your day.
